What we deliver

Full bathrooms — design through punch list.

We treat bathrooms as plumbing-first projects: get the rough-in right, get the waterproofing right, then build pretty on top. The order matters.

Demo & rough-in

Strip the old bathroom, replace galvanized supply with PEX or copper, swap out cast iron drains, vent properly, locate the new fixtures right.

Custom showers

Curbed or curbless, niches, body sprays, hand-shower bars, rain heads, thermostatic valves. Schluter Kerdi or Wedi waterproofing — done by the book.

Tile, vanity, fixtures

Tile install with proper substrate and waterproofing. Vanities (semi-custom or stock), faucets, toilets, mirrors, lighting.

Finishes & punch list

Trim, paint touch-up, hardware, accessories. We don't leave until everything is right.

How it works

From phone call to walkthrough — done right.

  1. 1. Design & quote

Site walk, scope alignment, written quote with allowances for tile, vanity, and fixtures. Plain-English contract.

  2. 2. Demo & rough-in inspection

Demo, then rough plumbing and electrical. Town inspector signs off the rough before we close walls.

  3. 3. Tile, vanity, fixtures

Build pretty on top of correct rough-in. Schluter waterproofing, mortar bed, tile, grout, fixtures.

  4. 4. Punch list & walkthrough

We walk it with you, fix any nits, send a final invoice with photos. Most baths take 3–5 weeks start to finish.

Why Competitive

We don't promise quality. We deliver it.

  • We size it for your house, not the catalog

Manual J load calc on every install — most contractors skip it. Wrong size = short cycling, comfort issues, and 20% wasted fuel.

  • Mass Save rebates handled for you

We're a registered Mass Save partner. Up to $10,000 in rebates on qualifying heat pumps and high-efficiency boilers — we file the paperwork.

  • Owner on every install

Rob is a Master Plumber (MA #MP17629). He's on every install personally — not a sales rep, not a sub.

  • Clean, labeled, serviceable

Our installs are diagrammed, labeled, and tidy. The next tech who walks in (even if it's not us) can service the system without guessing.

FAQ

Common questions about bathroom renovation.

  • How long does a bathroom renovation take?

Standard hall bath: 3–4 weeks. Master bath with custom shower and tile detail: 4–6 weeks. Cape-style upstairs full bath with a structural tweak: longer. We give a firm schedule before starting.

  • What does a bathroom renovation cost?

Hall bath full reno: $25–45k. Master with custom shower: $40–80k. Lots depends on tile spec, fixture spec, and structural work. We give itemized quotes — no allowance games.

  • Do I need a permit?

Yes for plumbing and electrical, sometimes for framing. We pull all required permits and schedule inspections.

  • Can I supply my own fixtures?

Yes — many homeowners pick their own vanity and fixtures. We'll give you a spec sheet for what to order so the rough-in lines up.

Rob's work is top notch. I'm a picky engineer. His choice of equipment, materials and his workmanship was excellent. In the bidding process, Rob was responsive, honest, competent, creative, and respectful.

He answered his phone at 6:30am. Within 15 minutes, Rob called and told me how to repair it myself — he did not take advantage of the situation. Saved me $300.
