“Rob's work is top notch. I'm a picky engineer. His choice of equipment, materials and his workmanship was excellent. In the bidding process, Rob was responsive, honest, competent, creative, and respectful.”

We treat bathrooms and kitchens as plumbing-first projects: get the rough-in right, the waterproofing right, the gas right — then build pretty on top. The order matters.
We don't promise quality. We deliver it.
We size it for your house, not the catalog
Manual J load calc on every install — most contractors skip it. Wrong size = short cycling, comfort issues, and 20% wasted fuel.
Mass Save rebates handled for you
Registered Mass Save partner. Up to $10,000 in rebates on qualifying installs — we file the paperwork.
Owner on every install
Rob is a Master Plumber (MA #MP17629). On every install personally — not a sales rep, not a sub.
Clean, labeled, serviceable
Our installs are diagrammed, labeled, and tidy. The next tech who walks in (even if it's not us) can service the system without guessing.
Common renovation questions.
How long does a typical renovation take?
Hall bath: 3–4 weeks. Master bath with custom shower: 4–6 weeks. Cosmetic kitchen refresh: 3–4 weeks. Full kitchen reno: 6–10 weeks. Structural changes add time. We give a firm schedule before starting.
Do you do design or do I bring my own designer?
Both work. We do straightforward layouts in-house. For complex designs we partner with kitchen and bath designers and execute their plans cleanly.
Are permits and inspections handled?
Yes — we pull all required plumbing, gas, and electrical permits and schedule the inspections. You get copies of every permit.
Can I supply my own fixtures, cabinets, or tile?
Yes. Many homeowners pick their own materials. We give you a spec sheet for what to order so the rough-in lines up the day they arrive.
