Plumbing & gas rough-in
Re-plumb supply, drain, and vent. Upsize the gas line for a 60K BTU range and pot filler. Pressure-test and inspect before closing walls.
Most kitchens fail at the rough-in: undersized gas line for the new range, wrong drain slope, no air admittance valve. We rebuild it right, then put a beautiful kitchen on top.

Rob is a Master Plumber (MA #MP17629). He's on every install personally — not a sales rep, not a sub.
Our installs are diagrammed, labeled, and tidy. The next tech who walks in (even if it's not us) can service the system without guessing.
Cosmetic refresh (cabinets + counters + paint): 3–4 weeks. Full reno with new layout: 6–10 weeks. Structural changes add time. We give a firm schedule.
Cosmetic refresh: $25–50k. Full reno: $60–150k. Lots depends on cabinet spec, counter material, appliance package, and layout changes. We give itemized quotes — no allowance surprises.
Both work. We do straightforward layouts in-house. For more complex designs we partner with kitchen designers and execute their plans cleanly.
Yes — a 60K BTU range needs a properly sized line back to the meter. Most existing kitchen runs are too small. We size it for the new appliance load and pull a permit.
