80% AFUE standard or 96%+ AFUE high-efficiency. We size it properly and re-pipe the gas line and venting to current code.
Annual tune-ups
Clean the burners, test combustion, check the heat exchanger, replace the filter. Cheaper than a no-heat call in February.

Should I repair my old furnace or replace it?
Rule of thumb: if the repair is over half the cost of a new unit AND the furnace is 15+ years old, replacement usually wins on running cost. We'll run the numbers with you.
Do you charge a diagnostic fee?
Yes — a flat rate. It's applied toward the repair if you go ahead with the work the same day. No mystery charges.
