Hydronic radiant tubing
PEX-A tubing in concrete slab, gypcrete pour, or above-floor heat-transfer plates. We design the loop layout for even temperature, no cold strips.
Quiet, even, allergen-free heat under wood, tile, or LVT. We install and repair hydronic radiant systems for additions, full homes, and bathroom remodels.

View allRadiant heat lives under the floor — quiet, even, and dust-free. We design and install hydronic systems that integrate with your existing boiler or as a standalone setup with its own modulating boiler.
PEX-A tubing in concrete slab, gypcrete pour, or above-floor heat-transfer plates. We design the loop layout for even temperature, no cold strips.
Stainless or brass manifolds, individual zone valves, and per-room thermostats. Tied into your boiler or a dedicated mod-con unit.
Add radiant under tile during a bath remodel — runs off the existing boiler. Massive comfort upgrade for a relatively small add-on.
Cold zones, air-bound loops, leaky manifolds — we troubleshoot and fix existing radiant systems too.
Radiant systems have to be sized per room (windows, R-value, exposure). We calculate it, not eyeball it.
Loop spacing, manifold location, supply/return routing — diagrammed before we cut a single board or pour a slab.
Tubing pulled, pressure-tested at 60+ psi for 24 hours, then handed off to flooring. Manifolds installed, controls wired, thermostats set.
Once flooring is down, we charge the system, balance the loops, and commission the controls. Per-room temps tuned to your preference.
Manual J load calc on every install — most contractors skip it. Wrong size = short cycling, comfort issues, and 20% wasted fuel.
We're a registered Mass Save partner. Up to $10,000 in rebates on qualifying heat pumps and high-efficiency boilers — we file the paperwork.
Rob is a Master Plumber (MA #MP17629). He's on every install personally — not a sales rep, not a sub.
Our installs are diagrammed, labeled, and tidy. The next tech who walks in (even if it's not us) can service the system without guessing.
Yes — above-floor plates or thin-slab gypcrete pours work in retrofits without ripping up subfloor. Bathroom retrofits are very common.
Generally yes — lower water temps, zero duct losses, comfort at 2–3°F lower thermostat setpoint. The big efficiency win is comfort, not just BTUs.
Probably — most modern boilers can drive radiant directly with a mixing valve. Older high-temp cast-iron boilers may need a separate low-temp loop and mixing assembly.
Highly variable — bath retrofits run $4–8k; whole-home new construction is $8–18 per square foot installed. We give written quotes after a site visit.
