From phone call to walkthrough — done right.
1. Site walk
We measure rooms, evaluate exterior wall access, plan line-set routing, and check your electrical panel capacity.
2. Equipment & rebate plan
We pick the right tonnage and head style, then design the install to qualify for Mass Save rebate (often $1,250+ per ton).
3. Install
Outdoor unit mounted on isolation pad. Line set vacuum-pulled and triple-evacuated. Charged to spec. Heads commissioned per zone.
4. Commissioning + rebate
Static pressure (on ducted heads), temp splits, refrigerant verification. We file the Mass Save paperwork on your behalf.

How loud are mini-splits?
Indoor heads run 19–35 dB on low — quieter than a refrigerator. Outdoor units are 50–60 dB, similar to a quiet conversation.
Can a mini-split heat my whole house in winter?
Yes, if properly sized. Cold-climate units (Mitsubishi Hyper-Heat) maintain capacity at 5°F. Most Massachusetts homes use a multi-zone system or supplement with a small backup for the coldest 1% of hours.
What's the rebate for mini-splits?
Mass Save rebates are tier-based — typically $1,250 per ton on cold-climate equipment, capped at $10,000 for whole-home heat-pump installs. Single-zone bedroom systems can still earn $1,250+.
How long does install take?
1-zone: 1 day. 2–4 zone: 1–2 days. 5+ zones: 2–3 days. We give you a firm schedule before we start.
