Kitchen & bath drains
Snake out the trap and branch line. We pull what came out so you can see what was clogging it (almost always grease, hair, or wipes).
Slow drain? Backed-up sewer? We snake, jet, and camera the line so you know exactly what's wrong — and what it'll cost to fix.

Snake out the trap and branch line. We pull what came out so you can see what was clogging it (almost always grease, hair, or wipes).
Cable auger or jetter on bigger lines. If it's the main, we'll tell you whether it's a one-time pull-through or a structural sewer issue.
High-pressure water for grease lines (kitchen drains) and root-clogged sewer mains. Cleaner and longer-lasting than a snake alone.
Drop a camera down the line. If your sewer keeps backing up, you need to see what's going on — root intrusion, belly, broken clay tile. Recorded video included.
We ask the right questions to figure out what equipment to bring. No wasted truck rolls.
Flat-rate pricing per type of clog (kitchen, toilet, main line, etc.). You know the price before we touch the drain.
Snake or jetter, whichever the situation calls for. We'll show you what came out — most clogs have a story.
If you've had this same clog twice, we scope the line. Nine times out of ten there's a real reason — and we can quote a real fix.
Manual J load calc on every install — most contractors skip it. Wrong size = short cycling, comfort issues, and 20% wasted fuel.
We're a registered Mass Save partner. Up to $10,000 in rebates on qualifying heat pumps and high-efficiency boilers — we file the paperwork.
Rob is a Master Plumber (MA #MP17629). He's on every install personally — not a sales rep, not a sub.
Our installs are diagrammed, labeled, and tidy. The next tech who walks in (even if it's not us) can service the system without guessing.
Most kitchen/bath drains are flat-rate $200–325. Toilet pulls run higher because we have to remove and reset the toilet. Sewer mains are quoted per visit — we tell you before starting.
Properly used cable augers don't damage healthy pipes. Old failing cast iron and clay tile can have a different story — we'll camera before jetting on suspect lines.
Only if you've had recurring backups, you're buying or selling a house, or after a major sewer fix. One-off clogs don't usually need it.
