Are you licensed for gas work in Massachusetts?
Yes. We're a Massachusetts Master Plumber (#MP17629) — gas piping inside the home is licensed-plumber-only here, and we pull every permit. Black iron or CSST per code, soap-and-manometer tested before we turn the gas back on.
Do you really answer 24/7?
Yes — Rob personally answers the cell phone after hours and on weekends. If you can't get through, leave a message; we always call back within 15 minutes.
Do you do commercial plumbing too?
Yes — restaurants, offices, retail, and multi-family. We schedule around your hours so you don't lose business, and we send COIs to property managers on request.
What if I just need a small fix?
Small fixes are welcome. We don't have a service-call minimum that turns a $200 repair into a $700 visit. Honest pricing, in and out clean.
