Boiler down, furnace not firing, frozen condensate. We carry common parts and most no-heat calls are restored same visit.
Pilot out, ignitor failure, dead element, leaking tank. Often a 30-minute fix; sometimes it's tank-replacement time. We tell you up front.
Toilets bubbling, drains backing up everywhere — that's a main-line clog, not a single-fixture issue. We'll camera and clear it.
Rob answers personally — even at 6:30am. We triage on the phone and tell you what to do right now.
Most leaks: turn off the right valve. Most no-heat calls: don't keep flipping the breaker. We talk you through it before we even arrive.
We'll tell you 45 minutes, 2 hours, or tomorrow morning — whichever is honest. We don't promise an hour just to hold the call.
We carry common parts on the truck. Most emergencies are restored same visit — and we explain what failed so you can prevent it next time.
Manual J load calc on every install — most contractors skip it. Wrong size = short cycling, comfort issues, and 20% wasted fuel.
We're a registered Mass Save partner. Up to $10,000 in rebates on qualifying heat pumps and high-efficiency boilers — we file the paperwork.
Rob is a Master Plumber (MA #MP17629). He's on every install personally — not a sales rep, not a sub.
Our installs are diagrammed, labeled, and tidy. The next tech who walks in (even if it's not us) can service the system without guessing.
Yes — Rob answers the cell phone after hours and on weekends. If you can't get through, leave a message; we always call back within 15 minutes.
After-hours rate is higher than a scheduled visit, but we tell you the rate before we leave the shop. Most emergency repairs land in the $300–700 range; replacements are quoted on-site.
Almost always, yes. Knowing where the main shutoff is (or the water-heater shutoff, or the gas valve) is half the battle. We've talked dozens of homeowners through it on the phone.
